Comment faire un non-imprimable powerpoint

You may want to protect your PowerPoint presentation if you're trying to prevent the unauthorized distribution of your work, sending presentations to others to view only for legal reasons. Microsoft Office uses an Information Rights Management (IRM) feature that allows you to do just this. You can distribute your PowerPoint presentation only to those people you authorize and make them non-printable so that your recipients will only be able to view and/or modify and save the file.

Instructions

  1. 1

Open the PowerPoint presentation which you want to make non-printable.

  2. 2

Clique le "Fichier" tab, if using PowerPoint 2010, and select "Infos" dans la colonne de gauche. Clique le "Critique" onglet si vous utilisez PowerPoint 2007.

  3. 3

Cliquez "Protect Presentation" dans PowerPoint 2010, sélectionnez "Restrict Permission by People" puis cliquez sur "Accès restreint."

Cliquez "Protect Presentation," if using PowerPoint 2007, and click "Accès restreint."

  4. 4

Clique le "Restrict Permission to this Presentation" case à cocher dans la "Permission" fenêtre.

  5. 5

Type the email addresses of recipients in the "Lire" box to whom you want to give "Lecture seule" access and prevent from printing your presentation. Separate multiple email addresses with a semicolon. Type recipients' email addresses in the "Changement" Clique le "Lire" ou "Changement" buttons if you want to add email addresses from an address book from a program like Microsoft Outlook.

  6. 6

Cliquez "D'ACCORD." Save your PowerPoint presentation.
